Secretary Carol A. Beatty, from the Maryland Department of Disabilities spoke at New Horizons’ 49th Annual Meeting. Secretary Beatty highlighted inclusion, independence and improving the workforce for all. She also presented Ron Vaughn with a Proclamation for Disability Awareness Month and a citation recognizing New Horizons’ 49th Annual Meeting.
